libbluray build fails #24

FFmpeg build using the latest snapshot source fails currently. Possible cause is the following refactoring in FFmpeg:
git.ffmpeg.org/gitweb/ffmpeg.git@c4de5778bc

Workaround: Temporary disable libbluray for the build using -SKIP_LIBBLURAY=YES
